But don't expect anyone of this community to play on it. They gave up to farm a char during 60lv cap, because it is to "hard" for ppl in 2020.

Thank you for reply. To be honest, it is the point. Silkroad is the one of most grinding, quest based game in the MMO section. If a server change the gameplay center core, that's not silkroad anymore. Nowadays the top servers based on high rates, crate and/or coin system. The server can be long-term, but to build a char is just a few weeks, and you have nothing to do, unless if you have a guild to going to Fortress war. I really miss the 2010-2012 period, when the pservers easily survived. They were simple, old, but gold.

They Leave With Random Reasons
# NO EXP EVENT UNIQUES? BB, I LEAVE.
# YOU DON'T LISTEN TO US? ME AND MY 10 BROTHERS LEAVE. (Then They Write Bad Reviews)
And there is players attitude = If you don't make like how I want trust me your server die.

I totally agree with you. The main problem and the reason in the whole SRO scene is the community. They migrate from server to server, and the psro owners open a server weekly and pray that they will land there. The private server section is overloaded... I really miss those days, when me and my mates grinded, used and not least LOVED every degree what the silkroad gave us.
These ppl who act like as you mentioned, i'm pretty sure that NEVER played on a early Pserver (2011-2012), and never played on iSRO when lived golden age.
