How to change monster type! And Stall Network price issues

I mean Mangyang is not aggressive monster ( Not attacking )
but Tigers are aggressive ( Auto attack )

My question is
- how to change monster like mangyan to aggressive mobs
been searching in RefObjCommon , RefObjChar , RefSkills but nothing :/
Any hints?

- Also about Stall network ( Consignment ) always showing ( The price has been exceeded ) if the registration price over 100 gold

To make the monster aggressive you can set btAggressType to 1 in Tab_RefTactics table.
