I don't understand why EVERY SINGLE server needs to have 5 different currencies in form of coins. 10 years ago someone re-invented the square wheel (coin system) and 95% of servers are still riding it now.
Here's a galaxy brain idea:
Instead of your ****** coinroad, have all end gear and alchemy being able to be bought with gold.
Hunting uniques? They drop gold now.
CTF? Paid in gold.
BA? Winners get x amount of gold.
Your custom kral event? Gold.
Jobbing? Gold, obviously.
FW Kill? Gold.
Job kill? Gold.
FGW? Gold.
Quests? Gold.
Your mom's hidden bathroom cam? Gold.
This way you give more freedom to players to chose their way of playing the game. Too much of server is hunting uniques, because CTF not worth it? Decrease unique gold, increase CTF gold. Push the gold where it's lacking, pull it where's it's too much.
And for once will it ever occur to someone to adjust npc prices and lower the gold amounts overall so players don't sell sox items for 5B 3 weeks after server opens? Imagine mobs dropping 3-5 gold and doing trades for 10k gold. Literally no one has ever done it.
