Question about reset time

I see many friends using reset time by website but I could not find any article using reset time directly from Game. Is there any solution?
For example, using the Reset Time Job or Reset Time Guild characters will lose their connection. Is it possible to make a Reset Time ticket from the game? And what is Code Addtimejob ^^
