but i think enough to handle about 10-15 people^^ (for now)
A friend has an root i will run the server there next month

I have 4 GB of ram, but i have an x86 system so windows will handle only 3gb ^^

btw,you could forward 2 ports: 15780;15779 and open the server trough your ip

3gb ram = 10 people? no.
How many people that can be online do not only depends on the random access memory (RAM). If the hoster have a good internet speed, stable emulator. It could easly handle over 500 people with 3GB of RAM (:
