Please, Help with NPC Prices

Hello all,

I have a Databse that has already few NPC added in Donwhang. One of those NPC named "JOB Weapons" has D10 SOM ch/eu weapons that you can buy with gold, iron coin, copper coin and point silks.

I have tried modifiying dbo.RefPricePolicyOfItem
I has found all the items and prices and I have changed but it doesn't work.

Pd: I have some basic experience and humble I consider my self a noob on this. so please any daitaled explaination will be apreciated. thank you.

if it doesnt work means crash(media pk2 error) or simply not-edited media pk2 lines. so, extract your pk2 and modify the proper .txt's.
however if its hard to you need type in google: 'vsro npc tool' @

Thank you for your reply. nothing wrong with the game, no crash. I changed the prices in the db but still npc is showing same prices.

PD: I have not change anything in the client, should I do?

I though it was db side. so what if the meaning of changing in client to?

so user would able to change prices? or how all this works

no, users cant change the price, by editing pk2's you change what the users see so the appearance! every price and all settings in connection with ingame system are stored in your db, and in your client you must see the same thing as your db contains otherwise you will face to issues like thy. just extraxt your media.pk2/server_dep/ and study the textfiles!

your media and db must be the same price or you wont be able to buy a item. in some cases the client will crash or not get anything
