Import/Exclude dll files

I'm using Stud_PE to import dlls to .exe files

and unfortunately i imported wrong dll file is there anyway to remove the imported dll from the file
*i can't delete the whole file and import it all again, i just want to remove a specific dll from exe file

Just looking for hint or helper application will be good enough

Just test client
Googled already but can't find helping stuff (google always start with how to exclude dlls and end up how lion have ***)
