Graduation Scroll

I want it to work with no gameserver.exe restart needed

wish means i use it then i get the points and +1 graduation just like if someone graduated.

I can pay for it.

do a scroll and let him exec _TRAINING_CAMP_MEMBER_GRADUATE
dont for to select
at CampID INT,
at MemberID INT,
at Evaluation INT

But i have tried this many times already, for like 4 months now
i keep try time to time, but it never work, always gameserver.exe restart needed.

but since you mentioned it, i will give it a try again ...

Note: i will write feedback here if i success or not ...
