How to change the sox drop rate ?! (The Correct Method)

I have tried MeGaMaX method

(it's not working)

i have tried to change it through the table in the database (it's not working)

I also tried this method

(it's not working)

and i also have tried thousands of method by me ... and you know the results of course since i am here
(it's not working)

so i would really appreciate if you guys share with me what is the correct method to change the sox drop rate

NOTE: sox means (Seal of Star/ Seal of Moon/ Seal of Sun/ Seal of Nova)
NOTE2: i will also pay for this if required.

Frist disable all sox drop.
Second insert drop in dbo._RefDropItemAssign
or can creat _RefDropItemGroup here too
or _RefMonster_AssignedItemDrop
or _RefMonster_AssignedItemRndDrop search for add mobs drops and check it , i'm too have bugs i'm drop but i will desative all and active one per one , try check if you need value low its hard , sorry for bad english and i'm only try helping...
