need help for F10 item Mall

Sorry i couldn't find Title for Thread so i write just this one
any way

i would like to disable F10 Item Mall so that if someone try to Press on F10 and click on yes no action happen
so just i have to remove all of Item Mall from refshopgoods ? or there is another way to disable it ?

There's an arabian avatar coast 1 > 200 silk delete it from item mall and it won't open ..
another solution << go to tab _RefSopGoods , delet anything contain MALL_xxx

You cant inactive the button you just can remove all things from ITEM MALL via vSroNPC app

Remove the hot key from SRO_Client
Remove the toolbar buttons from CSS files

sorry i can't give more information because i didn't work with sro files since 2015
so i can't remember well the specific names
