I'd like to setup a emu-server for me.. just for fun
I did not find any working links.
Some got an easy to set up Emulator+client for me ?

he asked for an emulator so have check google and search sremu i was know from year 2008 i was setup with a friend that why i know but is Full with ******* keylogger

i think you should use the server setup guide instead of trying to setup an emulator

Ist it possible to Run the Server files on a Low Spec. Laptop (1-3ppl)?

yes ecsro files has low performance so you can setup it easy
