Drop rate problem in the running Beta Phase! help if you can

Items Drop Rate:

Elixirs & Potions & Stones & Junk are all working fine
except that items are not working fine at all
the low mobs 1~60 drop mobs somehow fine
but 61~100 mobs is not droping any items maybe 300 mobs = 1 item something like that

i tried to increase ItemDropRate through server.cfg to

        DropItemRatio                                      "10000"

as i knew it's 100x and the items rate still so low ..

i will appreciate your fast answers since the Beta Phase is running ...

NOTE: Fixed through DropItemRatio 99000

10000 = 10x
5000 = 5x
100000= 100x
