Actually almost all of these are self explanatory.
Hour for meter are for the green book exp limiting thing.
Flag event is capture the flag.
Locale is like vsro. Ksro etc it wont change anything in game.
Server event system if you disable events wont work.
Christmasevent is an old event.
Crest ftp url is the path to your ftp server with guild icons.
The rest is for limiting the connections for the module
