Sql Query "Except" help!

I want to delete weapons lines except blade lines so it should be like

PHP Code:

delete from _Table where _Column like 'WEAPON_CH%' except where _Column = 'WEAPON_CH_BLADE' 


but it's not working like that, i tried google but no useful results found yet, so i hope if you guys have know how can i build that query...

Except? Making exceptions?

You mean WHERE NOT? Think about how an IF condition works!

DELETE FROM _Table
WHERE _Column LIKE 'WEAPON_CH%'
AND NOT _Column = 'WEAPON_CH_BLADE'

Its not hate its common sense, you can get the syntax of any query within seconds instead of posting here and waiting for someone to reply lol
