Question about Teleport

Some people move the snake it self to the town with the teleport choice on it, and some others moving the teleport choice to the town teleport choice, but seems like they are Experts, and i hope you are too to help me to know how can i
1. move the Snake with the teleport on it to the town
2. move the teleport choice to hotan teleport choices list

did you ask your self how does the developer become a developer in the first place ?!
