yeah , it is big , but going any further could be jail time, hes lucky enough he didn't go to jail this time instead of a fine.

not saying he will or will not get caught , but releasing the server files can cause even worst problems for him "IF" caught.

Which is just a risk he would take if he did release the server files.

I still don't get it... What the ****? Those files have been stolen from CIMO. Those files are from the old old old SROCN(cSRO). Cimo has copyright for them, Joymax don't have anything to do with them. o_O Why would they sue ECSRO? ECSRO used CIMO's files, Maybe just cause they hosted it in Europe? In my opinion SWSRO is kinda immune to Joymax's accusations cause they are hosting their servers in China, They are Chins.. so they are obeying to Chinese's laws.

JoyMax are the only one's who have copyright on those files

If Ocean was a pre-thinker who would plan and scheme his moves, non of this would've happened, and I'm 100% sure he could even escape from this whole suing stuff if he was smart.
He could've faked his whole identity from the start.

But greed is natural, inherited from Adam and Eve lol!.

you can hide your identity as long as you don't have to pay for anything. while reaching that point you'll loose all of your anonymity.

and i'm pretty sure that you won't be able to use no gameserver for free.

Ocean buys a dedicated server to run Ecsro "****** he was caught" , Ocean sets up paypal for recieving money and sending money "****** he was caught" Ocean recieves a donation "****** he was caught" Ocean pays for an internet service "****** he was caught" it all goes somewhere ,when using paypal / credit cards / money and other services over the internet it can always be traced and information to where he lives can be found including information about his identity.
