who said that Ocean has to pay 2.5 mil the case didnt finish yet dont tell me that he didnt prepare for a day like that plus joymax asked for 2.5mil and the court can accept it or decrease it depeneding on the def way in court either by using a shield or firewall

We feel truly sorry for the users who invested a lot into ecsro. We guess now those persons will think twice about investing money into pservers. This should also be seen as a warning... is this a joke?

btw they mentioned sw1 with Ecsro but they didnt mention sjsro or Mysro which means either SW is related to Ecsro or they live in another planet

2.5mil$ are not worth for the corrupted files lol.
Joymax wont get the 2.5mil.
Ocean could buy for 100k$ Lawyers and pay for the copyrighted thing,lets say 300k$?

u cant that kind of information its corporate information, so theres no way that somebody can get this information also its ilegall

Well thank you very much for posting the interview, just disappointing that I was stupid enough to buy a VIP account... what ever

I just hope that Ocean will get what he deserves if he believes he can make profit out of it... hope he loses all his money. So goodbye Ecsro, maybe even SWSRO... This clearly indicates that Joymax is going into war with Pservers, so I dont think that others will ever follow (so no Esro or Swsro)

I confuse. If ECSRO have illegal/pirate files is the same for all Psrerves?, so swsro = Pirate, sjsro = Pirate, mysro = Pirate ( Maybe need change "Private SRO Main Discussions" For "Pirate SRO Main Discussions"

) so i dont know why some people say swsro come back

I think Joymax track ocean´s and get all elements before the demand, because try get him later make no sense.(I mean adress, name....).

Esro is an emulator not pirated files, even though im not sure what joymax could charge them on.

On the same terms I think if ESRO comes out and become as big as ECSRO. Their TOS also includes emulators. Just like WOW can indict private servers for running an emulator. But just my guess. To bad for ECSRO. I had great times on VIP and made a great friend on it. RIP.

the thing that concerns me the most is that joymax is hunting the server files down. That means that they will reach the other private servers and close them to prevent losing clients or others from abusing of their server files.

The other private servers are in danger of being sued too.
