i would say d13,d14 but if you can make em fully working...
members these days looking for new stuff, and as i see, there's no server yet with fully working d13 or d14 system...
that was my opinion so best wishes anyway dude with your project.

ye you are right, and ofc the new skills has alot of fans out there, so new skills & new quests & new dungeon, i think there's many players wants this, but just to keep in mind, the more map you load the expensive VPS u pay for, just wanted to mention this because i discovered that late, and trust me it's not a good idea to discover that late
