I want to remove the Green Book

i have 2 questions about it

1. do i really need green book ?!
2. what is the right way to remove it, Patcher or Stored Producer or Server.cfg edits ?!

if you are talking about Green mile, ye it's , but iam talking about Green book buff -_-, that showup in the buffs bar just beside the character name top left corner
