Nuker Full INT s/s

Im new to Nukers....
And i was wondering btw this is in SJSRO OLD if it maters... What should my skills/mastery be set at?

Im aiming for mainly fire/light but im not sure i mean i see some Nukers just rape but they dont help me out... So if your a good nuker and can help me out should i be armour garment or what? and skill help mainly
