Problem with Trade Goods

so here is the question

first take a look on this screen-shot please




so as you see the more star(s) the trade the more units

so the question is why are these units for these star(s) what is controlling that
how can i change it
lets say i want to make it 1 star is 1 unit, and 2 star is 2 units, and 3 star is 3 units, etc...

i tried from some tables, but i can't find a useful column yet, i will appreciate all the answers
