Changing rates for "weekly outcome" of job

Hey fellows,
I cant seem to find anything regarding that matter.
Normal rates for the outcome calculation are to high for my server.

Anyone can give me some tips? Thanks!

Umm be more specific, what do you want to change? The sell price of goods, so you dont get high gold rewards or what?

Theres just one "weekly outcome". If a Hunter or Thief gains EXP from selling goods, a "cut" will be calculated which you can get out of the npc as "weekly outcome" this weekly outcome resets itself after a week period. If you forgot to take it out of the npc, then its lost.

Edit: And i want to change the rates of that.
