Why does PserverCMS have a database ?!

why its not like any other website files that no database required, what is PserverCMS database used for ?!, and can i stop using it..

in my opinion it used for better gui and if ur willing to change the host
no u can't cause all information stored in it

1. multi game support
2. less changes in game db
3. better Performance, you can set the mysql db on same host like page
4. split page and game logic
