(HELP) CTF BUG

When i connect or teleport, with GM account everything seems fine, but when i connect or simply teleport with normal char, it appears Capture flag 10 min notice, i have solved this problem in my own pc replacing gameserver and cleaning VT_SHARD and VT_ACCOUNT, but in my VPS this solution doesnt works , and i will open my server tomorrow and cant fix this, pls save me.
