I think I have a quite good view on the MMO scene and also about PServers in general. Let's take Metin 2. A **** MMO but very popular. Anyway, everyone can get the files and GF (the company) sues a lot of kids every year (yea most of them are kids) and there really are tons of pservers but the game still exists and it's going well there. And that's just an example. Leaking files won't change anything for Joymax but if this whole story is true after all Pserver scene will never be the same again in SRO.

yea you are right...... an example is wow there are more then 10000 p servers and blizard nothing do again them 
But joymax 
and i think the admins of elitepvpers can close the PSERVER topic

lol and how many people do you think own them... the ones who do OWN a Server as they know the moneys involved. If someone had them they would be known. The files are not going to be released by anyone other than the Private Server people which isnt so likely.

Applause for Eckoro. He is totally right because he'll probably end up in debt with the legal troubles (unless he flees to antarctica... j/k) This'll set an example for future people that are planning on opening a pserver. The landscape of pserver sro will be changed completely. Fewer server will go public like ECSRO did. They'll actually stay 'private'.
