It could've been 2008 and the case could be still in court. That's nothing special as several people mentioned. I'm not sure but I don't think ECSRO calls itself just ECSRO. They have an official name which is important for the formal work just like Joymax Co. Ltd. or something. Here it is ecsro.net. But as I said, I'm not sure.

he's pretty ******-up i guess ^^

anyway.i hope ocean gets death penalty or something (will happen anyway if he lives in china).
why? cuz he is just a freaking greedy mofo. if he would really do it "for the community" like he says, he would either have released the files (to give other people the chance to make a nice server) or he would just make a 100% free server + a volunteer donation system to support the billpayment.
this is what happens to criminal monopolists!

i wouldn't suggest buying silks or sos weapons7armors in other servers. i'm sure sooner or later they will close as well because they're afraid of getting sued.

take a look at all other private servers. why did none of those get sued by blizzard entertainment etc??
because THOSE servers did NOT SELL stuff!

i hope this is a warning for all thos wanna-be-pserver hosters who are willing to download leaked server-files and who are forcing its members to pay to play! (like vip.or normal server - silks)

im guessing u misunderstood. joymax doesnt care bout THEIR community, only about their MONEY (like you said), so thats why he said theyre the real criminals

I have nothing against ECSRO and Privates...I just simply hate Joymax becouse they are ruining THEIR game by THEIRSELVES...Goldbots and stuff...Pay to play as you said is not criminal??? It is but Joymax is registered and nobody can hurt them...
Private servers is same as I would pirate any game so its not legal...

if i were joymax, i would make a deal with ecsro and let them run the servers with more updated + support from joymax if they get a big part of the income

Wat pay2play game corps. are criminal? Hurry let's sue Blizzard and NCsoft!!

Joymax developed the game so it's their money and they claim it. And they are totally right there.

I say Joymax should be sued for false advertising of 'Free 2 Play', then setting up some Premium System, time they spent doing that, could of got rid of all the bots and hacks. Least Ocean doesnt claim its Free 2 Play :P
