I add a Gold Coin (ITEM_ETC_SD_TOKEN_04) in the only one (MOB_CH_TIGERWOMAN_L3) and do not drop the item, where is the error? if i put it in the unique (MOB_CH_TIGERWOMAN) if you drop the item

the probability is that the TG is not Lv 20 and is more Lv mostly a unique 110+ is dropping the token and therefore can not get them edit the level of the mobs or look at the level of the TG and L3

Yes correct, it decides drop from your char level. One uggly way is to set Char MaxLevel to 1
