Anyone know the success rate of doing a chargeback via bank, not paypal? Bought silk for a private server from my debit card but that server seem to be dying. Wasn't sure if I could do a chargeback via bank and if I would be wasting my time trying to do one.

Chargeback by your bankinstitute won't be very successful.
