Question about Plus Rate

Question about Plus Rate

this is my elixirs alchemy plus rate, so my question is what is the perecent is it? wish means i want to increase it with 10% with AlchemyRate.exe but i can't do that till i know what is the percent of it first so i can plus it with the 10% then i put on the AlchemyRate.exe for example 5+10 then i put 15% and so on....
please don't forget to mantion how did u know the percent because i will need it later
its a important question to me so please try to answer it if you can

Hey,
just let me show how to convert these values... it's really easy.
At first, visit
Then put your value into the decimal field and convert. Now you will get this hex value: Now you gonna convert each pair (19, 14, 0F, 0A) one by one back to decimal.
Here you are, these are your rates: 25% +1, 20% +2, 15% +3, 10% +4
If you want make it 50%, 40%, 30% and 20%, your rate for DB should look like this: Hope this gonna help you
