Finding a specific offset

Hello everyone,

Got a question: How i can get a specific offset in SR_GameServer / sro_client (in sro_client i can use cheat engine or another address finder while the program runs) but how can i do it in the server-side? thanks in advanced.

I need offset max player can enter CTF and Arena, default = 8, i need 2 or 4 ...
