Any One know From Where i Can increase the max magic Option Of An Avatar From ( 4 ) to 6 or ++

Or How i Can put Maximum Hp/Mp Or Block Rate Like Devil

You cannot, Maximum is 4. You can change the 4 in database however it still won't work in-game.

Thats hardcoded in the gameserver, also modifying this will cause the server to crash in some point, there is a reason they made it 4, no idea why it ***** up the server tho didnt invest alot of time on it, but its limited for each peice of the avatar, hat, dress, attach each one have different limit.
