Problem with adding new npc

Hello guys, i trying to add new custom npc
Used this guide
Add New NPC Manually

I have 2 things happened
1st after i start server and login there is no any error/crashes but i don't see my new npc i've made.
2nd when i check my npc code in Tab_RefNest i didn't see the cloumn of my npc
Can anyone help?
I'm use i've followed the guide 100%

You already said the solution in your thread. Tab_RefNest doesn't have any row for your NPC. You should add a row for your NPC with the correct RefHiveID and RefTacticsID. Make sure that the nRegionDBID and flocalPosX,Y,Z are also correct.
