Actually the guys pointing our _RefDropGold are completely correct. (A guy with experience here, trust me xD). If you attempted to put ANY, literally ANY value of gold drop to 0, revert it back to original. I even advise you to use original table structure if possible.

P.S: On trade attempt (between towns) do you get huge amount of thieves spawn? If yes, that's for sure where you have to look.
