Need help with the Job system; I want to lower the EXP that a Thief/Trader/Hunter earns when the trader sells its goods.

this is the most complicated thing I've seen in the game I have not yet seen the first query or explanation that tells you exactly something exact example low exp and that a 5 * win 100m or 200m you understand me in what I try to say
