Background music problems ????

normally in silkroad when we go to any town or a place, we get a diffrent soundtrack, but in my server there's no music at all the towns and places, i checked the sound option and it should work, but there's no music at all
in Karakram or Hotan or JAngan or any place or town

how can i fix that?

effectenvsnd.txt and the regioninfo.txt which you will put in your media.pk2 and data.pk2 and it should work properly "make sure you have the .ogg files with the correct names as in the effectenvsnd.txt"

i just imported those 2 files on Media and Data, and i checked the names, and i checked the ogg files, everything is fine, and the music still not working, i even checked the option of sound, everythins is perfect, but no sound still, should i edit something on Serverfiles ?
