help my server silk problem

hello everyone
i have a problem in my server
when I give someone silk he takes it
but if he creat ane character silk is disappear
this the only problem with me can anyone help and this is the first post

check silk table is not double line btw ID
if you have double line check in SRO_VT_SHARD on Procedure AddNewChar
some ppl adding for fun or so some line also if you create a new char that added again in silk table the ID

Frist Of All Make Clean Database , Or Delete Duplicated Lines In SK_Silk
Then Put This At _AddNewChar Blow Start Items

 IF Not Exists (Select * From SRO_VT_ACCOUNT.dbo.SK_Silk Where JID =    [MENTION=292919]user[/MENTION]JID)
Begin
INSERT INTO SRO_VT_ACCOUNT.dbo.SK_Silk (JID, silk_own, silk_gift, silk_point) VALUES     [MENTION=292919]user[/MENTION]JID, 0, 0, 0);
End

Notice : Edit " MENTION=292919user[/MENTION]JID" To @JID"
