mBot auto quest NEW NPC

hi, i know its possible to do auto quest with mbot but i've been playing on a pserver that gm just added a NPC called "quest alchemy" in hotan when you click it there is around 10 quest, while im doing quest script im pretty sure doing everything right but, char does not take accept quest nor after finishing gives back, can someone help me please, if its possible or not cuz of new added npc do i've to add some bot commands on script or smth?
