Server appear offline

after watching some tutorials and investigating by myself ive managed to set up a lan server for me and couple of friends just for fun, now seems to be all right but i still cant connect to the server, it appears offline any suggest?

im using to set up all server files and thing with my router ip
192.168.0.104
when im use my real ip cerfitication doenst work, idk why
Also the client is using this ip 192.168.0.104
can be a version problem? i dont know how to know the version i should be

Edit error is inside launcher

make sure the version for client and db side are same , then make sure of client login port
