sbot doesnt pick gold by character

hello , im using paied sbot but i have a problem with picking gold from the ground, it picks it with the grab pet but when i try to set the bot the grab the gold by character it wont pick it does any one know why is that ?

There should be an option to "pick with character" next to pick with pet. Use that option and disable the other one. If that doesn't work, post a screenshot of your settings and I will assist you further.

here you are its all set but idk whats the problem , i even tried to search for gold in items but i didn't get any thing

Disable these;

"Pick Via Pet"
"Pick pet items yourself if pet is full".

Then stop bot, save, then start bot again.
