How To Close Caves

i have 3 questions for you Pro guys
1. how can i disable Jangan-Downhang Caves ?
2. how can i disable the effect for TELEPORTS ?
3. if i disabled em, is that mean i just disabled the mobs on it wish means that will make the server run faster ?

_RefRegionBindAssocServ > for JG Cave, make TQ = 0
you cant disable ONLY dw cave unless you make a separate region of it, but this wont be that easy.
