New Characters spawn place

i have the normal spawn places for chinese characters i want to delete it all and put a new single 1 that all the new characters can spawn on it, btw i did some researchs but nothing usefull, please make ur answer easy as possible so that topic can be usefull foreveryone not only the pro once,

There is a procedure "createchar" somehow, there you can edit the spawn place.

hell no, there's like 100000 things in that place, what should i edit exactly or delete, i just want to remove all the old spawn places and put 1 single place for all the chinese new characters "first login"

It takes me 2 seconds to write text in search box and press search button. OMG

Be careful that if you move them to a zone and close the others you make sure the return scroll will take them to your specified zone or they might bug
