Help on SWSRO pls.!!!!

Hello, i downloaded the SWSRO folder i extracted it on desktop and as i had the version 2.002 a window poped out with nothing on it.
Then i copied the files on the october Media PK to the folder and i got Version 2.021 so i clicked the launcher and got the red cross sign on a pop up with nothing written on it.
So, i downloaded the loader and pasted it on the SSWC folder and got this error how can i fix it.????

P.S: I Dont have antivirus, and the firewall is off.
