bold font

i know how to change font to other font Example: i changed Server Arial font to IMPACT, my question is how can i change that font to BOLD , is that even possible or not ?
EXAMPLE two words 1 bold and 1 not
BOLD ONE: HAPPY
NOT BOLD: HAPPY
1 more Question is that possible to change font size too ?

i changed the font along time ago broh, now iam trying to change the STAYLE And size not the font, like changing to Bold or regular or Italic or Bold Italic etc...and i want to change the size aswell, is that possible ?
