SILK/NOTICE SYSTEMS
yo guys how are you, i hope u are fine
1. how can i add silk system 1silk/2hours , i dont need any other systems please i just want this
..........
2. how can i add Pluse notice system wish means anyone pluse +15 Above get notice with ........ [ CharName has success Weapon/ShieldName to +15 ] etc..

1. Make a filter (that logs which char is online and adds silk corresponding to their online-time)
2. Make a filter (that logs enhancement-attempts and prints messages about it)

search for vsro filter .... most of then have already that features

how can i do that ? i mean what is that Filter u are talking about ? do i have it in my serverfiles or SMC ? cuz i never heard about it..

if you have some know about C#, make your filter with that features else use any filter like SR Proxy, NaviFilter, Krylfilter...
