How to Create Dungeon or instance ?

hi guys i want to create dungeon or instance, how can help me with guide or
withc tablets i need to edit,
i just need the Instance
to teleport the players 2 times/Day
and in the Instance i just will put a unique
and the teleport to exit the Instance or dungeon
