I though I'm going through a deja vu because I answered a similar thread lel...
Check out this guide It takes no time to setup a Silkroad Online private server... Not to mention that almost all of the problems you will face have been answered many time that a simple google search will give you the result you're looking for, and if you didn't find it just ask here again and you will find lots of people helping out.
