Silkroad, only valued at the high levels?

I've noticed a trend going on in the silkroad private server community, all of the servers are focused on reaching the cap as quickly as possible and without much difficulty.

Now, I might ask, why is that? Most, if not all of the servers listed here start with items that quickly help you get through with ease through the grind, SOS sets until level 70, countless potions, grab pets, etc.
This renders each level until cap useless, with no actual satisfaction in getting to cap anymore.

The problem are the players, they just want reach cap lvl fast, be someone and then jump to any upcoming server. Sadly there's nothing anyone can do with them.
