I am creating a private server in my PC, everything is perfect, except when I enter the game I enter the id and pw and it stays in connecting and it does not enter

I can bet, you are using GM Account and this is blocked by the Gatewayserver because Privileged IP Are active and you not have putted your ip in the table dbo._PrivilegedIP, Or the AgentServer's port is blocked.

so you are entered a wrong format,
let's say that your public ip is 191.165.224.112
so it would be in db
