i need help please with maximum char

hello all
1:when i try to make second char on same account i got this [ maximum of 1 character can be created ]
2: database that i using it has Sun item at NPC but when i setup it there is no sun item any way to make it work !! or i have to add them again ?

For your first issue, You will need to patch your shardmanager and sro_cleint offsets.

second issue, You will need to add them in media.pk2 if they don't appear in the npc. here are the text files you will need to add them in.
RefShopGoods.txt , RefPackageItem.txt , RefScrapOfPackageItem.txt and RefPricePolicyOfItem.txt.
