boring bug i can't solve it

since i started to find some bug in this DB i got this BUG and i can't solve it
" i can't hit strong bow skill "98" even with arrows "
any suggestions or solve ?

Try replacing the skill with the original ones from clean db

i have the same problem can you tell me name the skill in DB maybe it`s in RefSkill but idk the skill name in DB it`s diffrent not Strong bow will like in game
